WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
At deJordan, we offer our customers two payment options: major credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard) and PayPal. You can select your preferred payment method during the checkout process.
Once the payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation email (we recommend checking your spam folder if you do not receive this email).
To ensure the security of your purchases and provide you with the best service, we work with leading online payment platforms.
If you prefer to use other methods such as Bizum or bank transfer, please contact us and we will initiate the process.
HOW TO STORE YOUR JEWELRY
We recommend storing your jewelry in its original packaging or in an individual sealed pouch. Try to avoid contact with air, direct light, or humidity, as this may damage the piece.
Keep in mind that jewelry is highly affected by external pH levels, so it is important to avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, and especially cleaning products whenever possible. Additionally, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming in chlorinated pools, or going into the sea. If you engage in intense physical activity, it is also advisable to remove it.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have up to 14 days from the delivery date to return your jewelry. You must contact us by email, and we will provide you with the address to which the package should be sent.
Shipping costs will always be the responsibility of the CUSTOMER. Due to the nature of the product, we recommend sending the item via a courier service. Returns or exchanges sent with postage due will not be accepted.
It is essential that returned products are in perfect condition, with no visible signs of use; otherwise, the return cannot be processed. It is your responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure the items arrive at deJordan in perfect condition. We suggest using the same packaging in which you received your order.
If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process your return.
Important note: Personalized items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Items purchased during promotions are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Additionally, these pieces will be shipped in packaging different from the usual deJordan packaging.
If a product is defective or has any flaw, the CUSTOMER must contact deJordan within 72 hours of receiving the order at info@dejordan.com.
deJordan will cover all costs related to the collection of the product(s) and the delivery of the new replacement product(s), provided that, after examination by the Quality Department, the existence of defects or flaws is confirmed.
The return or replacement of the defective product will be carried out as soon as possible. We will inform you by email of the delivery timeframe.
If the product cannot be replaced with an identical item, the full amount paid will be refunded to the CUSTOMER, including shipping costs. Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the account provided by the CUSTOMER.
